WHEN ASTIK CAN HELP
A focused advisory engagement can help when the performance story is unclear, the initiative list is growing, or leadership needs a defensible plan.
A measure or domain has moved, but the team needs to distinguish the performance signal from changes in methodology, timing or data quality.
Several opportunities look worthwhile. You need to weigh the evidence, likely benefit, operational dependencies and effort before committing capacity.
Your team has findings and ideas. The next step is a coordinated plan with clear ownership, milestones and a way to review progress.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Start with the decision you need to make. Agree the scope and deliverables before work begins. An engagement may include one or more of the following.
A structured review of available contract and measure results, trends and relevant program context, informed by conversations with the people responsible for the work.
Output: A findings brief that separates observations, working hypotheses, information gaps and questions requiring further investigation.
A review of candidate improvement priorities against the available evidence, the action your team can influence and the capacity required to carry it out.
Output: A prioritized opportunity list with the rationale, dependencies, assumptions and decisions needed to move forward.
A sequenced plan that connects agreed priorities with operational owners, milestones and a review cadence suited to your organization.
Output: An execution roadmap with proposed responsibilities, checkpoints and indicators to review. Your team confirms ownership and feasibility.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
You work directly with the founder throughout the engagement. Astik brings experience across health plan operations and healthcare consulting, with a focus on quality, Star Ratings and member experience.
At the outset, we clarify the decision, the stakeholders, the available information and the constraints. Recommendations make the evidence and tradeoffs visible so your team can make an informed choice.
Meet the experience behind Astik ↗The initial conversation can cover your contract context, the performance question, existing initiatives and who owns the work. A scoped assessment may use measure results, trend reports, initiative inventories and stakeholder interviews.
We agree information needs and an appropriate exchange process before receiving internal material. Please keep patient information and confidential documents out of the website form.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Yes. A focused decision or measure concern can be the starting point. The initial discussion establishes whether a defined assessment is useful and what information it would require.
Astik supports leadership and operational teams with focused assessment, prioritization and planning. Your organization retains responsibility for decisions, implementation and program compliance. Any support beyond the initial scope is agreed separately.
No. Ratings depend on performance across measures, CMS methodology and other factors. The engagement provides a clearer assessment and practical plan; it does not promise a rating or payment outcome.
Timing and fees are agreed after the objectives, information availability, stakeholder involvement and deliverables are defined. Start with a fit conversation rather than a preset package.
